Creating a multi-year strategy to revitalize a cultural institution.

Worked with the Chicago History Museum to develop a comprehensive three-year creative and marketing plan aimed at reinvigorating public engagement and strengthening the institution’s presence in the city. The work spanned brand refinement, member acquisition and retention strategies, exhibition campaigns and institutional messaging. Developed new visual standards and flexible frameworks that could support a range of exhibitions while maintaining a cohesive museum identity.

The result was a system that brought greater energy and clarity to the museum’s communications—helping drive attendance, renew interest and strengthen its role as a dynamic storyteller of the city’s past and present.
